OmniRaise is a new Marketing and Fundraising Agency serving the Non-Government / charity sector and specializing in face to face & phone marketing. We work across South East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia), with expansion to East Asia in 2020. We’re raising the bar for professional fundraising in Asia and are growing fast with more than 200 marketers and fundraisers working across OmniRaise.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage the day to day operations with our NGO clients like UNICEF, Greenpeace, UNHCR, and WWF. Your role will include:

  • 10+ clients across 4 markets in Asia – there will be around 1 week of travel per month through SE Asia and to East Asia
  • Weekly results reporting and Monthly business reviews with our clients
  • Day to day administration of our clients, including handling all inbound queries, organizing training for our teams or client visits
  • Working closely with our Sales Managers /Sales General Managers – collecting feedback for our clients or driving strategic priorities from our clients through our Sales Management team
  • Expanding client relationships and supporting our Managing Director in regional business expansion of client relationships

What you need:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in account management
  • Interest in data / numbers -we’re a very data driven industry so you need to be comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Consultative, warm, very straightforward and direct communication style
  • Experience in fundraising highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience working in account management in a services based industry rather than “product” would be preferred but not essential
