Two years and eight months ago, I had the opportunity to work with OmniRaise as a General Manager. I never have experienced in fundraising before. I only know superficially. Actually, I’m from IT since I graduated in Engineering and a master’s degree in Financial Management. I have many years of corporate sales experience, but fundraising was very new to me. Of course, I have had quite a lot of experience and success in Direct Sales, but fundraising is something I don’t think it will do as a career. So I am really excited about the opportunity I have received from Luke and Aaron. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to work with OmniRaise.
Every day I always think I want to help as many people as I can. If I sell IT products and services to the hospital I always think that if the hospital can serve patients faster, medical treatment will be more effective. I can be a part of saving people. Even if it’s just behind the scenes – because “valuable breath is the breath for others.”
One day when I was given the opportunity to work at OmniRaise. What a dream job! Because of every contribution to fundraising or every contribution to developing someone into a great fundraiser to be a team leader and up, It has a great impact on the poorest people or the most difficult places in this world that waiting for help – I have always thought, “Great giving is to give someone they cannot give us back.”
So I am determined to work happily. Every morning, there’s not one day that I feel I don’t want to work at OmniRaise, and seeing so many people have achieved success in the past. It is an inspiration to me as well. Showing that everyone can become better and was developed as a good leader. Whether that person is on my team or in the Thailand branch or not.
Because the development of people is the heart of our business, OmniRaise, for me, is no longer a fundraising agency, but a leadership development organization that using fundraising as a tool – like the famous coffee Starbucks said, they are not in the coffee business but they are in the business of connecting people with using coffee as a tool.
Finally, everyone can be confident that OmniRaise will grow into a strong international organization, trusted by both domestic and international partners. Which success that said not caused by just one person but caused by all of us working together In the part where we are responsible for the best and we will all grow and thrive along with the growth of OmniRaise – “Go alone, go quickly.
